FACETIME THEATRE VISION: Our vision is to enrich lives by exploring, nurturing and celebrating the human creative process.
Facetime Theatre, Inc. is a nonprofit corporation organized under the laws of Pennsylvania. The purposes of the Corporation are: to stimulate, promote, teach and develop interest in the dramatic arts; to focus on the development of high-quality performing arts programs for area youth; and to advance the general level of culture in the field of dramatic arts by the establishment and maintenance of a theater for the production of plays, musicals, readings, dramas, comedies, shows, exhibitions, and dramatic arts in all forms and of the highest standards.
In furtherance of these objectives, and in accordance with the powers conferred by its Certificate of Incorporation, Facetime Theatre may collect membership dues, admission fees, gratuities, and bequests; may buy or otherwise acquire, sell, or otherwise dispose of, and mortgage or otherwise hypothecate real, personal, and mixed property of all kinds; and may, in general, exercise all of the powers granted by corporate law in the State of Pennsylvania.
