Development Campaign – Building Purchase
HELP US PURCHASE OUR NEW HOME!!
In 2015, Facetime Theatre launched a development campaign to raise the funds needed to purchase our new space in the Franklin Commons in Phoenixville. The space is over 6000 square feet and has allowed us to significantly expand our programming. We want to better serve the surrounding community and this space allows us to do that!!
We did VERY WELL with our 2015 campaign, but we had to postpone the purchase because of issues with the space that needed to be resolved. We are very happy to report that we have now made a final purchase decision and have SCHEDULED CLOSING FOR FEBRUARY 17th, 2017!!!
HOWEVER, WE ARE STILL A FEW THOUSAND SHY OF OUR GOAL TO RAISE THE CLOSING COSTS THROUGH THIS FUNDRAISING CAMPAIGN. We are asking all of our loyal Facetime families to consider an end-of-year 2016 donation and/or a 2017 donation!
Facetime is a nonprofit organization – all donations to the development campaign are fully tax-deductible.
IF ALL OF OUR SUPPORTERS GAVE $50 EACH, WE WOULD REACH OUR GOAL!!
What is Facetime About?
Our vision is to enrich lives by exploring, nurturing and celebrating the human creative process.
Why Does Facetime Need this Space?
Facetime has been growing at a steady pace over the last few years and we outgrew our previous space. With this new space, we are able to:
- Hold performances and community nights (karaoke, Friday night coffeehouse, Teen mic night, ….)
- Offer additional performing arts classes
- Offer a Jr. Fall Production
- Offer additional summer programming
- Provide instrumental music and vocal lessons
- Offer the space to families for parties and events
- And SO MUCH MORE!
The space has several rooms – including a box office, an administrative office, 7 classroom spaces, a sound booth and areas for storage – and a huge open space with a stage for performance. There is a large parking lot and a beautiful entrance-way.
Where is the New Space?
The new space is in the beautiful Franklin Commons in Phoenixville.
