Workshops & Extra Sessions
We offer a variety of "extras" throughout the year for different ages, from a Fosse Style workshop for highschoolers to a day camp for elementary aged kids when school has off. We are always adding new things, so check back regularly!
Single Day Camps
Come Join Facetime Theatre for our "Extra Sessions", mini theatre-inspired day camps held throughout the school year in order to provide students a safe, fun, and creative space to spend their days off!
Facetime Theatre teachers will incorporate many elements of theatre including public speaking, improvisation, storytelling, character study and development, auditioning, singing and dancing for theatre, set and scene work, costume design, and more!
Programming will take place at OUR Theatre Space unless otherwise noted.

Mini Camp
Come join Facetime Theatre at the Phoenixville Recreation Center for mini-camps designed to give students something fun to do when school is out of session! Camps will have mini-themes, but they will all include improvisation activities, acting games, music, arts and crafts, and creative thinking exercises and projects.
All sessions are appropriate for ages 6-11.
Campers should bring a lunch, snack, and water.

FAQs:
Where are extra sessions/camps located? All extra sessions will take place at Facetime Theatre - 400 Franklin Ave. Suite 109, in Phoenixville (inside the Franklin Commons Building.
What age groups are included in the extra sessions? The extra sessions at Facetime Theatre are best suited for children ages 5 - 10.
What is the cost of the extra sessions? The registration fee for a single day extra session is $80. A 10% discount will be applied if a student registers for 3+ sessions. Half Day fees are $50 (9am - 1:00pm) per session.
What will my child be learning in each camp? Campers will be enjoying a broad overview of many aspects of theatre ranging from public speaking, to sets and props, to acting through song. Each additional planned camp/session will focus on a different aspect of theatre, music, dance, and story-telling. A full description of each camp/session will be communicated prior to the time of registration via the Facetime Theatre website or via a welcome letter from the teacher.
Should I send my child with a snack or beverage? We recommend that students bring water and at least one snack, in addition to a packed lunch. In all cases, we ask that attendees avoid nuts and nut products when possible.
What should my child wear? Anything comfortable and/or moveable is preferred, but nothing special needs to be worn.
When/how do I pay my remaining tuition? You will be invoiced via PayPal for your balance! There is no need to have a PayPal account; a credit card can be used, or you can send in a check by mail to:

We hope to provide a fun and enriching experience for all of those involved with Facetime Theatre’s Rec Center programming! We have worked hard to find fun, yet challenging material for participants to cover throughout the varying sessions.
